Chelsea brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience to her role as a real estate professional. Before focusing her career on real estate, she served as Chief Operating Officer of a national arts organization, where she led business operations, organizational growth, marketing, relationship management, and the production of large-scale events and international tours.

Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Chelsea brings a lifelong connection to the desert and a deep appreciation for the communities, lifestyle, and character that make the region so distinctive. Her approach to real estate is grounded in thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client and family's unique needs.
